Shipping policy

Khozy ships within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery options

• Free Priority Delivery - free on every order, no minimum spend. Typically 4-9 business days from dispatch.
• Premium Insured Delivery - $2.95. Same delivery window, with transit insurance.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from within Australia. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available, once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote addresses can take longer.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery postage may apply.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hi@khozy.com.au with your order number and we will sort it out.
